How to delete your flags.games account and remove your personal data permanently.

At flags.games, we are committed to respecting your privacy and protecting your personal data. We provide all players with the absolute right to delete their accounts and permanently wipe all associated data from our servers.

Self-service deletion

If you have an active account, the easiest way to delete your data is directly within the application:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Open the settings panel.
  3. Go to the Profile tab (under the Account section).
  4. Scroll down to the Danger Zone.
  5. Click Delete account.
  6. Type your username in the text box to confirm the action.

What gets deleted?

When you confirm the deletion of your account, the following data is immediately and permanently removed from our databases:

  • Your profile details (username, custom avatar settings).
  • Your gameplay history (stats, daily challenge completions, learned flags progress).
  • Your social connections (friends list, pending requests).
  • Your authentication credentials and active sessions.

Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, we cannot restore your progress, XP, or achievements.

Manual deletion requests

If you are unable to sign in to your account, or if you signed up using a third-party login (such as Google or GitHub) and want to request manual deletion, you can request support:
