How to Play Similarities

Goal

You see two flags that almost match. One is the country the game asks for; one is a decoy. Pick the right one.

Example pair. The live round will show a different look-alike set.

On the board

Tap the correct flag under the name (two big panels, vs in the middle). On desktop, shortcut hints appear under the title: 1 / 2 and Space (these mirror what the in-game subtext already shows).

How to play

Read the name you are looking for, compare both images, and choose. The round’s own text explains timing and points.

Try Similarities

Tips

  • Subtle diffs (shade, star count, aspect ratio, or stripe width) usually separate the pair.
  • Canton and emblem are where “almost the same” flags differ most. Zoom there when you are unsure.
