History
Adopted on October 24, 1964. The design is unique for placing its primary symbols in the fly corner rather than the hoist, and it was slightly modified in 1996.

A 2:3 ratio. A green field with three vertical stripes (red, black, orange) in the lower fly and an orange eagle above them.
